Pros

An Engineering / Technology dream place. Plenty of challenges and technologies to learn. Excellent cross-functional teams - employees are skilled. Great place for long term employment. I have had many growth opportunities and several promotions in my career at Entrust Datacard.

Cons

It is hard to come up with a Con...there are some times when a professional positions will need to work longer hours. Pretty typical in today's work place. If you work hard here, you get rewarded. I can't remember the last time I did not receive an annual bonus.

Expertise valued, allowed to be creative yet practical in approach, very collaborative environment.

Cons

Still lots of change due to great acquisition of Entrust in 2015, system integration going slowly. Company struggled on how to go to market with Entrust solutions.
