Highly skilled leaders who understand client and employee needs and highly prioritize both, which is challenging for most organization.

Cons

None so far. Global team so working with individuals in different time zones can be challenging but fun also. You get to learn a lot about other countries and their people.

Remote work option (at least during Covid).

Cons

Unorganized, standardized processes and procedures are non-existent, no training for new employees but they get assigned to a large number of projects almost immediately, high turnover, terrible management, and terrible pay.
