Pros
I have been through some very difficult health issues over the past few years and I can say without reservation that the HR team at Entrust is outstanding. They helped navigate a series of nightmarish insurance issues. They were incredibly responsive and proactive to all the needs that my particular situation presented. They went above and beyond in interacting with the medical community and various insurance representatives. They made a very difficult time much more bearable and it was a great relief to know that I could count on them to respond to all my various issues. I could not recommend them highly enough.
Cons
It appears that most departments are short-staffed but that is the case with all employers right now. Hopefully, we'll see that trend end as Covid becomes more mainstream.
