Good salary and benefits for the position I’m in Amazing coworkers WFH, Hybrid or Office choice of contract

Cons

They’ve outsourced way too many jobs to a company in India and gotten rid of very skilled people. Then a reorganisation that cut more good people. A month into the new year we have no communication on who is where and why and who people actually report to or who to contact for things.
