      Pros

      Only experienced people who like to work in isolation might enjoy this kind of work culture.

      Cons

      Not a great work culture, people do not tend to mingle much. No team building activities are organized by the company, even if they are organized not many people attend. Career growth opportunities are very bad. None of the feedbacks provided by employees are considered to be implemented. Tech stack is stale and very rigid team structure.

      Pros

      I have worked for Entrust for a little over 2 years and have really enjoyed my experience here thus far. Company culture is a non-negotiable for me, and I have found a great one here at Entrust. People here are incredibly kind and care about getting to know other colleagues. HR has also done an incredible job at launching the Entrust Includes program which contains a variety of alliance groups including the LGBTQ+ alliance, Black alliance and women's alliance. I have found it both educational and encouraging to join others in the program's mission in valuing all identities and to ensure many voices that make up our communities are heard.

      Cons

      With multiple recent acquisitions, processes change often and transitions have been a little sloppy.

      Pros

      Work from home is the only good thing there is.

      Cons

      The private expenses that is being asked for a pay back. Suddenly dont get approved to get payed back to your account. So Company get the money back that you PRIVATELY shouldered your self initially.
