Pros

A friendly and helpful team

Cons

Lack of leadership, poor communication and complete lack of consistency. Told you could work from home , u turn when it suited management, lies over contracts, encouraging staff to leave so they don’t need to offer redundantly. Avoid like the plague and get all agreements in writing Do Not Rely on Verbal Agreements as they can be retracted when it suits management!
