Toxic workplace

Pros

You'll get your paycheck on time if you stick around.

Cons

Highly toxic work environment. They fire employees on the fly for whatever reason, even if they don't like you. Management will talk to you nicely to your face and then bad about you behind your back. The new CEO, not Addi, is very toxic and he has created this environment. He and his cronies rule by fear. If you don't like their way of doing things, deal with it or look for another job b/c they will fire you quickly if you don't toe the line.

Pros

I've worked for Envera Systems for several years, and I can't think of many "Pros" for working at this company, especially after the new leadership took over the company in early 2024. My wage was fair and being paid on-time biweekly would count as "Pros".

Cons

The list of "Cons" for working at Envera Systems is long. I will list a few of the downsides: 1) The cost for medical insurance is so high that the average employee cannot afford the coverage. It was common for employees to go without medical insurance due to the cost. 2) Upper management does not communicate with or provide direction for lower level employees. 3) Fear is the management style at this company. If you have issues with leadership , leaving the company is probably your only option because the negative culture is embedded at the highest levels of leadership. I think this is the main reason why so many quality employees have left the company recently. 4) The training for employees is poor. This may not apply for all departments, but there are times where new products or services are deployed without any prior notice given to the teams responsible for installing and servicing the new product. This leads to a poor customer experience.
