I have been with the company for over 3 years and I love it here. The job is paid higher than others, ability to work from home, pay increases every 6 months (and 90 days), they pay you MORE for doing your job well! As long as you show up on time, pay attention and do your job, you will have no issues. Management is kind and always there to help, even though we work from home, we still feel connected and supported. If you are a hard, reliable worker, you will love it here.

Some of the supervisors are nice. Also sometimes you get the opportunity to leave a little early through flex hours.

Cons

Their system has a bunch of problems that makes it hard to process gates. The people you have to deal with are so incredibly rude because they are frustrated with this company so they take it out on you and you just have to deal with it. When you have technical issues because of their software you get barely any help.
