Low wages, good ol boys club, don't take SA seriously, will work you to death (literally had several health issues that went away once I left). Nowhere close to IPO, financials are a disaster

They are well known in the industry.

Cons

The pay, the management, the culture, I could go on for days. They are basically a sweat shop churning out as much work as they can no matter the quality. There is no management to go to with questions because they have formed it where one manager has well over a hundred people directly below them.
