Pros

flexible schedule, relaxed dress code, nice view of nature

Cons

in the beginning it was great. They truly cared about the employees and making sure that the product they sent to the clients was perfect. Then things changed. All they cared about was getting the product out whether it was fully functional or not. They cared only about speed and how much could be done and no longer cared about accuracy. They no longer truly cared about employees (oh they provided the appropriate lip service they did...but in reality...no they did not) they laid off several people so they could transfer our jobs oversees so they could pay less and not offer benefits. This became a very toxic place to work because of everyone's unhappiness and fear of losing their job to India.

Not a great place for women

Pros

Lots of nice people. The former CEO, now Chairman, is a genuinely kind, inspirational genius. Good products. Talented sales team.

Cons

You could define the almost entirely male ELT with the term misanthrope when it comes to women. The only women with spots at the table are clearly junior in influence and authority to their male counterparts - unless they're literally cheering the new CEO's statements, they are talked over and ignored. On the sales floor active harassment of young women is cheerfully encouraged and laughed about. It's embarrassing to witness. At the last Christmas party there were stripper/dancers walking around in thongs.

40% of the executive leadership team are women. It's possible that this could have been an isolated experience. As a women, an executive and a leader, I'm offended by the implication that I am "junior in influence to authority". I can only hope that since April 2017, this reviewer has moved on to an opportunity that better suits him or her.

Boys club

Pros

Product fits its market and money spent on improving UI. Fun individual contributor staff

Cons

The sales team as a political circus that centers on kissing the ring of CRO. Sales leadership is not uniformly bad, but mostly self important and focused inward. Middle sales management is a male-centric boys club creates a very questionable environment that makes it hard to get work done. The Austin office is a frat house. Product team cares nothing about actual underlying data and more about shiny things they can sell to BP.
