Trainings can be fun because you get to be around other fellows

Cons

Extremely low pay, no travel compensation, canvassing, no housing provided for required travel-- you're expected to find a couch to sleep on, disrespectful senior staff, individuals are not valued unless they follow the "model."

Pros

All of the employess have tons of responsibility, there are many opportunities for advancement varied experience, great training programs.

Cons

The Compensation is not great- the pay is relatively low especially for mid level staff who continue to take on more responsibility.

Compelling work philosophy Entry level environmental work Passionate people Young employees are given real responsibility in their first jobs out of college

Cons

Because the work has low pay and high hours there is significant staff turnover. Because there is significant staff turnover, many offices are understaffed. Understaffed offices means that a fellow will often be being supervised by someone 1000 miles away. For those for whom this is their first job out of college, this lack of close support means being thrown into the deep end without sufficient guidance. Also, Low salary Last minute changes to work sites
