Pros
The owners are kind and caring. They are always there no matter what your platform of communication is. Sometimes you have to call or text at random times and there is always support, even for something like losing your keys because you're not the brightest bulb.
Cons
I don't have any. You have to go in with a realistic expectation of pay; there are opportunities for advancement though, If you don't like to work hard, this isn't the place for you. Taking care of the clients is exactly what you should be passionate about.
