Pros
I have never worked for a company with more positive and happy employees. They know how to treat employees right. The interview and hiring process was very professional and it was clear from the beginning that this is a GREAT company that truly cares about people. My department manager is so positive and encouraging and I can see she really wants me to succeed and is willing to help in that process. I have the utmost respect for how they treat employees and have had nothing but a positive experience so far. The work hours are AWESOME and I was shocked to learn, as a part-time employee, I would still get vacation time, sick time and paid holidays as well as 401K match. That is typically unheard of for part-time. The working environment is in a beautiful building, in a beautiful setting and they even offer a fully-stocked breakroom and weekly lunches. I feel very fortunate to have been offered a position at Environment Control as I couldn't ask for more perfect hours to fit my situation and feel it's a great place to work. Very positive experience so far!
Cons
If there was a downside it would be limited opportunity for advancement because people like there jobs and don't leave. (once again -- that's a positive for those that work there) Other than that I have not been there long enough to experience any cons.
