Good for Freshers as they can learn more in initial days.

Pros

Good learning experience. Friendly colleagues. Good number of leaves.

Cons

Low salary. No proper planning in projects. Very bad work life balance. Bad work culture. Communication between the teams go unofficial too many times and leads to lot of confusion. Employees aren't recognized for their hardwork.

Good learning in initial days of work for freshers.

Cons

Feedbacks from employees are not taken. Work culture is no so good. No proper plan with the projects and people are pushed to work more for no reward. Management is very particular in releasing funds for activities and team lunchs
