1) Getting a very good exposure. 2) Got a very supportive team, who are very kind to help me learn things. 3) I could learn a lot of things. 4) A very good atmosphere. 5) Satisfied with the company.

Good place to spend couple of years and learn

Pros

1. Excellent helpful co-workers, friendly environment. 2. CEO is an extremely ethical and nice person who means well for everyone in the company. 3. Small place, so great to get quick exposure to many different areas.

Cons

1. Small place so no scope to grow beyond a point. 2. Working on old technologies, so not much to learn. 3. Initially was a great place to work but became a nightmare with new management , promoted a suspicious and toxic culture. Lately I hear things are better and is a good place to work again. 4. Works in only one domain, so limited exposure beyond that. 5. Not aggressive in sales and marketing, so has failed to grow much.
