-able to test out products -employee discounts -good place to get foot in the door for career fresh out of college

Cons

-no clear communications from the general manager -lack of vision and support from higher ups -not a place for career growth

Pros

I gained invaluable experience in the domestic and LatAm/NOLA/CONOSUR tablet markets. I was also exposed to the complete tablet manufacturing process and was given responsibilities I wouldn't have obtained elsewhere. Taught me how to make do on the cheap.

Cons

Challenging budget allowances and the changing focus on our approach and strategy following HQ taking over. Difficult to impress upon HQ information they don't care to hear or believe
