Pros

The people in the office are great, good culture

Cons

Horrible management, expertise and hard work are not valued. They give you more work, lower your salary, and don’t give promotions. Everyone gets rated the same year end reviews. Doesn’t matter if you were excellent, you’ll receive a “c” just like everyone else. Don’t even get me started on HR. It’s a joke, the entire company.

Pros

Completely new management team that is energetic, positive, and leading the company in the right direction. Becoming a great place to work. This is the Philips monitor and AOC/ Agon monitor organization in North America, which means strong brands that are just beginning to reach for the heights they've achieved in Europe and Asia.

Cons

Just off of 880 in Fremont, so it's both easy and hard to get to if you know what I mean - especially around rush hour.
