- constantly busy - teammates and supervisor are great

Cons

- lousy upper management, and strangely unorganized hierarchy structure - toxic work environment. abuse of power and control - pay grade is below the market's rate  - at this company, hard work will NOT be acknowledged and valued - the company would hire someone with no skills and experiences in leadership and management to be a leader of the entire team. this person also happens to be EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional - there are ALWAYS issues, one after another, with the systems they use for their workflow/operations
