Pros
-Good pay and decent benefits. -Excellent work-life balance. True flexibility. Many departments can work from home if they want, but the company offers excellent office premises too. -Company driven by Research and Development. It is a spin-off of Danahaer, and it shows. -Excellent work environment, with diversity and mutual respect between managers and employees rooted on the company culture and values. -Good leadership, with clear values, open doors, supporting and communicative. -Always willing to help employees and many options for career growth for those interested.
Cons
-Salaries are not adjusted according to inflation. -The company has offices worldwide, but relocation or work from abroad is not an option, even for employees working from home full time. -Depending on the department, projects might not be that much interesting. If you are looking for doing something at the edge of the state of the art on your field, this might not be the place for you. YMMV according to your field. -They give you as much gear as you need, but you cannot choose the gear that you get. If you work at IT, design, etc that might be a problem, because you get very basic Dell equipment.
