Pros

Great attorneys team to handle immigration formalities

Cons

I used to like Epitec when I joined around 4 years back. But then they become worst for some reason. Offer Extremely low compensation, not even close to what market has to offer. Poor/no benefits. No 401k match. Poor and expensive medical insurance. No contribution in the premium. Takes forever to get even 5% pay increase if you are working for a client. Never check on or care for their employees who are on client side. Zero perks. Recruiters never get in touch with any referrals.

Pros

You get to work from home, that’s it.

Cons

They will fire employees for absolutely no reason at all. I was one of the top three recruiters every month and was let go. The management system is so unorganized and toxic. Epitec is just plain toxic, not good for anyones mental health especially for how low the pay is. You only see commission two months after the candidate works 80 hours, that is if you’re not fired first. They owe me 1,500 in commission. Benefits are also extremely over priced, pay at least $250 a month for medical and dental no vision. It’s a terrible work culture, this is not a position for a seasoned recruiter at all because they will make your job harder.

Please email mjruma@epitec.com. I'd like to discuss why you feel you are owed commission. It is important that our employees trust and respect the people they work with, for example, Account Managers (AM) and Recruiters. A goal of 6-8 submittals per week and 2-3 Placements each month for experienced Recruiters is very standard and reasonable. Working remotely has presented many challenges for our leaders and individual contributors. We are working to ensure our culture can be adopted whether folks are in the office or working from home.
