Pros

I'm a new starter, and have been with the company for little under a month. Already I feel like an accepted and helpful member of the team. The training given was top notch, and really brought me up to speed with the system. The place has a easy going and open environment, with a definite potential for advancement.

Cons

Epos now is a relatively new business, and is expanding and changing rapidly. This naturally points towards risk. It also means that day to day processes will change over time.

Enjoyable working environment, progression opportunities, brilliant incentives are just a few to list what this company can offer. If you work hard, you can play hard also, all of management are easy to talk to and will take on-board any ideas of which can improve how to work. Ultimately, 1 big family.

Cons

Little far away to travel in from where I live but worth the travel in.
