Where do I even start?! I'm pretty new here and after some terrible jobs, I absolutely love it here. Everyday coming in doesn't feel like a chore; it's actually a good day when you know you've got work. Being a part of a team and not feeling like a number. Yes, it's a relaxed atmosphere, but you want to work hard because you know you're part of the Eposnow vision. Onwards and upwards!

Cons

The only downside to working here is going home at the end of day. I honestly love it here!

Since joining the company from my previous job I have helped contribute to the success and constant progression of this unique business. The company itself has an ethos like no other, whether that be the team unity and friendships or the strong link between the top of the tree and the bottom so to speak. The company strives to develop not for personal reasons but for the development of each other and the product. That is what sets us apart from anywhere else! Not forgetting to mention the amazing opportunities upon the horizon in America, then who knows where!

Cons

Honestly, none. Everyone is so nice and approachable, like each and every member is an equal.

Pros

I have been here for two years now and progressed at a rate on par with our company's 300% year on year growth. Opportunities for progression are plenty and awarded on merit. We are a results oriented business. If you put the work in you certainly get the result. Pay structure is the best I have found in Norwich and the incentives are unreal (Week in Vegas, Ibiza and the Alps to name a few). If you want a rewarding career that pays well, rewards performance and offers the chance to progress you need not look anywhere else #WorkHardPlayHard

No cons, unless you count the Saturday morning headaches after a big company Friday night out
