      Some teams had work from home,

      If you like to be micro-managed, get lousy or no pay raises, the bonuses are a joke, this is the place for you. The company is always in a red alert about losing money. The bonuses were a joke, pay raises are small or you you get no pay raise because the managers think the company will close tomorrow. Innovation is non-existant. Way to many managers and not enough workers. Plan on working nights and weekends (at no pay) to keep up with increasing work loads. One last point, jobs in the US are being sent to Argentina. Stay away from this company

      The culture at Epsilon is just shy of inexistant, questionable leadership.

      Opportunity to grow depending on your expertise - more so in Sales, Analytics or product development.

      Cons

      Top heavy leadership, poor decision making, consistently inconsistent with strategic direction and employee expectations.
