Pros

Worked many long nights and weekends to finish projects with little to no appreciation.

Cons

co workers were great, upper management was good and bad, depending on who you worked under. Wouldnt go back if asked. Hours worked didnt equate to salary.

Pros

Your experience at Epsilon does vary greatly depending on the team you land on. This can be a good company to work for after college. I have learned a lot in two years, and the work from home and PTO policy is pretty lax compared to other companies

Cons

Pay is not comparable. On the east coast, they are laying off employees since more work is completed by off source resources.

Pros

Well known company. Offices all over the country.

Cons

Everyone there in sales treats you like your stupid. Everyone thinks they are so important when they are selling people junk mail. They need to get lives outside of the office. No work life balance. Lots of shady office behavior going on. They take advantage of great talent and think that everyone needs to be replicas of each other. SO MUCH TURN OVER.
