I resigned willingly, don't see any reason too. But still I chose to leave. Everything was going smooth, leaving for the office at 10am and come back by 7pm and have my meals in between that. I joined Epsilon and spent a year in it. Everything was going great but since last year, 'What am I doing here? This is not the work which I want to do for the rest of my life.’ I felt stuck over there. Every morning I woke up with the same question. Days and nights passed on. I felt suffocated in those cubicle with Managers and directors. And that suffocation was increasing day by day. I was not meant to sit in cubicle and stare on a screen for the whole day and night. (I have utmost respect for S/W engg, but this is just not for me) Then slowly a thought began to form in my mind. Then the thought came of hitting the RESET button. It was a scary decision for me especially given the situation going on in IT right now. Then I Thought I dont intend to come back here, why bother at all… Then with all the courage I had… I resigned…

Cons

No Proper projects works.... Citi account is too worst than any other projects.... No project contract renewals from Clients.... NO proper KT session from on shore and off shore.... They say we have core values like Accountability, Collaboration and passion... non of associates are following those including managers and directors... Cafeteria food is worst than street food in marathahalli, BTM, Madivala... 90 % accounts are into night shifts and rotational.... They showcasing - do work life balance -- nothing like that totally fake....
