Pros

We did some interesting work for the clients I was assigned to. Ability to design and develop a new product from the ground up and deploy to our clients was excellent. Most non-management staff were very good and easy to work with. Fun environment with misc all company parties and things of that nature on a regular basis. Onsite cafeteria and gym.

Cons

Pay was below market by 10-15%. To be promoted you had to perform the job you were going to be promoted into for several months at your current level and pay. In many instances when the time came for the promotion, employees were told "we don't have the budget to do this now" so no promotion or raise. This happened to multiple people while I was there. Raises were minimal, barely covering cost-of-living adjustments. Company cried poverty when review and raise time came, but announced record earnings of hundreds of millions of dollars one month later. Management review and raises were separate from non-management raises. Lots of turnover in the BA roles. One team started with 10 BA's and Sr BA's and in 4 months 7 people left. Individual client teams were silo'd. Rare for one client team to interact with other client teams.
