Manage by fear and outsource everything!

Pros

Paychecks are delivered on time.

Cons

"I'll fire you and your whole team." A quote taken directly from a VP. If you'd like to work here, consider the following: You WILL work a lot. Weekends, middle of the night, overnights, etc.. Most of the time spent working off hours is cleaning up messes left by the India office. The health insurance is garbage. You will pay a lot and the coverage is not good. Prepare to be outsourced at any point in time. This is true even during a pandemic when folks need their job more than anything. When the virus first hit, we were all told by the CEO that they would do anything (offer paycuts, furloughs, etc.) in order to keep jobs. They did NONE of this. Instead, 401k match was cut to zero, then the layoffs came. There was no slow down in the business, in fact they were signing clients (Sephora for 250 million bucks). For a company to layoff some of their best people in the middle of a pandemic truly shows their colors. Corporate greed at its finest.

Pros

When dealing with such a massive company like Epsilon it's hard to get an accurate review. Not only do things differ from business line to business line but they also differ from office to office and team to team. I am lucky enough to be on a great team with good managers and good employees. There is opportunity for growth and promotions if you work hard. Turnover on my team and the teams I work with is extremely low. That isn't the case for every team or every business line though. The pay and benefits are good, not out of this world but when coupled with the work/life balance they're good. The transparency from upper management and sales strategy are also good. The highest levels of management actually share their sales and market strategy with the employees. They are honest when things are going well and also share when the wrong choices were made and what steps are being taken to improve things.

Cons

The benefits (HSA match, healthcare coverage/cost, 401k match, etc) were downgraded a bit when the previous owners (Alliance Data Systems) sold to the current owners (Publicis). Certain teams will try and pawn their problems off onto you.
