Pros

Opportunity to work with latest tech stack.

Cons

my experience is from Wakefield,MA location and culture may be different in Texas and India locations. (1) There is deep internal politics within and between teams. (2) Employees who have established themselves within company from 4-5 years don't treat new employees respectfully. They bully and sometimes belittle you to dominate in general and behave like Gods. They take visible /imortant assignments themselves and use you as helping hand with trivial jobs. (3) There is no work life balance. Working till late and on weekends is normal (4) They take advantage of your H1b and greencard situation to boss you.Unfortunately Indian managers who have been through same journey follow such practices. (5) There work quality expectations is like FAANG companies but don't pay even the market level salaries. (6) There is no growth plan for an employee. Just keep slogging as they say without any direction.

Pros

When dealing with such a massive company like Epsilon it's hard to get an accurate review. Not only do things differ from business line to business line but they also differ from office to office and team to team. I am lucky enough to be on a great team with good managers and good employees. There is opportunity for growth and promotions if you work hard. Turnover on my team and the teams I work with is extremely low. That isn't the case for every team or every business line though. The pay and benefits are good, not out of this world but when coupled with the work/life balance they're good. The transparency from upper management and sales strategy are also good. The highest levels of management actually share their sales and market strategy with the employees. They are honest when things are going well and also share when the wrong choices were made and what steps are being taken to improve things.

Cons

The benefits (HSA match, healthcare coverage/cost, 401k match, etc) were downgraded a bit when the previous owners (Alliance Data Systems) sold to the current owners (Publicis). Certain teams will try and pawn their problems off onto you.
