Pros

Employee orientated company. The employer takes very good care of employees training, healthcare, and their family. Lots of positive employee recognition from upper management. They have awesome picnics, dinners, and lunches. If you need help from anyone at headquarters they are more than willing to help you. It is a great company to work at in San Diego.

Pros

People outside the corporate offsite are great. Growing company with plans to increase their rate of going after contracts. Benefits are field average.

Cons

Low pay and low yearly increases. Little within company promotions as they often fill new positions from the outside. If you work outside the corporate circle you're a second class employee.
