Not very employee oriented. Broken promises to employees.

It never really feels like you work at Epsilon, it feels more like you are an employee on base or DoD facility but you just happen to get paid through epsilon. There are no pay raises unless you change your job position i.e. engineer 1 go to 2. The last con isn't so much about Epsilon but rather the environment they place you in. Working with government a lot of things are very slow moving and you have little to no authority so you really have to be a self starter if you want to get things done in a timely manner and do a lot of baby sitting on tasks. Also I can't speak to everyone's position but where I was at it was a royal hassle to get the resources needed to do my job. When I needed software/computer for design work I was being asked to do Epsilon would say it's not their responsibility and the DoD facility should furnish that and then the base would say the same thing. Eventually I was always using the guest computers. Took months before I finally got some resolution.
