Pros

Epsilon had great benefits when I left. Some of the best I've seen from a large firm. The CEO is also a good guy and genuinely seems to care about his people.

Cons

Some managers were not trustworthy. Like so many firms, if you can bring in a lot of money, corporate seems to turn a blind eye to some of the less reputable activities of its managers. If it wasn't for one or two executives doing shady things behind closed doors, I would give Epsilon high marks across the board.

Nothing, nothing and nothing times five nothing's

Cons

Managers don't care, never saw mine in nearly 3 years, they only give you a raise if the government determines it's necessary, never out of their own pockets unless you're friends with upper management. I was 66% vested in the stock program and they refuse to give me my money even though I still get statements. Truly a terrible company.
