Very family oriented! Benefits package is good! Several members of management really listen and take action to assist for optimal outcome.

Cons

Favortism and nepotism apparent. Communications can be slowed by too many number of people involved before finalized - overload.

Great staff, laid back but professional, good career advancement opportunities, good communication among various levels of management, good benefits package.

Cons

salary compensation is lower than average. Communication gets delayed due to the time difference between the office in VA and the one is the east coast.

Cons

Government contract driven work in a current climate that does not look promising for growth in the near-term. Remote locations can be feel unconnected from the corporate office.
