Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review – It’s great to hear that you valued the opportunity you had to travel and work with our excellent colleagues all across EMEAR. We are disappointed to hear that all of your experiences of working for us were not always positive. We are always looking for ways that we can make the employee experience even better and we appreciate the importance of our employees being clear about the direction we are heading. As you will know the senior leadership team have always communicated the company plans, objectives and direction to all colleagues in our annual kick offs and this year we will be inviting all of our employee’s across EMEAR to a (second) half year kick off meeting to review the results of the first half and to set direction for the second half. In addition to these all company kick off meetings our EMEAR president and members of his senior leadership team are continuing to regularly communicate progress and plans with their teams directly and to all staff via our company intranet and through our newly launched Epson communities. We place immense value on all of our employees’ and we have a particular focus on equality and diversity. One of the tactics was the implementation of a female mentoring programme pilot in the UK with a market leading external provider. The programme was a massive success with the mentees all saying that they valued and appreciated the opportunity significantly and had all learnt and developed through the programme. The success of the female mentoring pilot has meant that we are starting to roll it out in some of the other countries where we operate.
