Epson has a great benefits scheme which is a real bonus to me on top of my job and working in a fab team.

Cons

Flexible working is limited.

* Everyone is so friendly and senior managers always have an open door policy * Strong focus recently on women's mentoring and progression * Pay competitively and always changes which create development opportunities * Fun days including summer and Christmas parties * Promotion financial, mental, physical and social well-being in the UK

* Complex product range can be overwhelming. Will take six months to fully understand
