Thank you for taking the time to leave a review , I am pleased to hear you think you have great colleagues at Epson! If you are unsure of the benefits Epson currently offer (as we do have a lot!) then I would recommend talking to your local HR team who can point you in the right direction of where to find this information. We currently offer things like a great pension scheme, summer hours, Christmas closure, gym memberships, discount shopping, on-site gym classes, social events, discounted cinema tickets, Costco membership and much more!

Pros

Majority of people very friendly for a large corporate. Nice offices, good facilities (cheap onsite restaurant, car washing, laundry, massage, fitness classes) Good benefits, staff wellbeing and events. Early Friday finish in summer. Invest in staff training. People have a good work ethic but can still have fun. Market leading products, invest alot in innovation.

Cons

Quite risk averse, process heavy but expected for a Japanese owned company Car park can get busy after 9.

I agree in regards to the car park, and this is an area Epson are looking at currently as to what alternatives there may be as Westside has got significantly busier in the last year or so. Keep your eyes peeled internally for updates on this.
