Pros

Great culture, Epson look after their employees wellbeing and great place for your career to thrive. I haven't seen an employee benefits package like this anywhere else, great pension, healthcare and life assurance, also childcare vouchers, cycle to work, volunteering/charity day, car salary exchange, give as you earn to charity through payroll, onsite physio and reflexology. Employee restaurant is brill too.

Cons

Sometimes traffic busy if road works but all Apsley employers will be the same- its only occassionaly but still better than a long commute

We certainly will keep emphasis on development and have lots of exciting initiatives planned like our learning week. We also recognize the traffic around the office can be busy sometimes hence why we encourage people to walk to work where possible and promote things like our cycle to work scheme.

None really, sometimes exiting the one site car park can be lengthy

It is interesting to work with innovative products. Opportunity to develop new markets (vertical sectors). Professional and friendly team.

Cons

Long procedures. Difficulty to adopt products for local markets. Main forcus on American market needs. Flat organizational system in local representative office. No opportunity to grow.
