Hi there, thank you for your review! I'm glad to hear you think Epson pays well and has a good pension scheme. Thank you for your other feedback, this will be fed back into the business and will go towards making Epson a great place to work. You are correct in saying that the office is essentially a sales office as the primary focus for Epson as a business is sales and marketing. We we do have other back-office functions there too and do lots of social and mixed events across the business to ensure everyone feels included and involved! We are also really excited to have just announced the introduction of agile working across the business. This will provide the flexibility our employees asked for and hopefully make the transition back into the office as smooth as possible.
