great opportunity to grow for those who can do it without any guidance, goals, requirements whatsoever and all the pressure but non of the thanks.

Cons

completely out of their depth with respect to application development and ecommerce, hiring and firing people with no sense or plan, IT director complete inaccessible, indecisive, no respect for his employees. no recognition for talent, no support, no appreciation.

Hello, thanks for your review, it is always appreciated, I am however surprised you feel Epson has a poor culture and work-life balance. This is something we are always receiving positive feedback on so I am sorry you had a bad experience. We offer lots of perks for employees to try and make their work / life balance better such as on-site gym classes, parking , agile working, summer hours, season ticket loan, core hours, social events, on-site car valet and dry-cleaning + we've just changed our maternity and paternity policies for the better.
