Sketchy company - Horrible culture!

Pros

They are very vigilant about trying to "cleanse" bad reviews from this site. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to take this review down. The pay is far below average, so they WILL claim company culture is great. (It isn't.)

Cons

Terrible recruitment and onboarding process. Weeks and weeks of time wasted. Massive overkill on pre-employment testing and "homework". They also straight up lied to me. As others have said, a lot of miscommunication, and the company lies about commission payouts. Management seems to hide what’s going on.

I am sorry to learn you feel this way. We do admit our hiring process is thorough but it is purposeful to find the right fit with the company. Not a good place to work if you're a person of color.

Pros

If you can fit in that racist culture and feel good about yourself it's a great place.

Cons

People like me can go pretty far in the company. Having a person of color in any senior management position is unheard of. It is not allowed. I couldn't continue to be a part of that.

-Co-Workers -Company Culture (somewhat) -Work from home

Cons

-Pay has gone down because of management's decision to cut commission -Over-scaled growth in sales and not in other departments -No more 401K match -Upper mgmt does not listen to employees (only care about investors) -340 B is in a horrible place right now -Sales reps are dropping like flies
