Great for someone out of college with no work experience.

Cons

Experienced professionals are not paid what they're worth, with little potential for growth & advancement. Every day is kinda like the Groundhog Day movie...same routine over and over and over again.

Equiscript has a great team that cares about each other and the company's success. It is a growing company that serves patients who benefit from having someone care about them. The CEO and CFO are there every day and they are accessible and involved with what's going on. Every employee at this company is important and every employee at Equiscript has the opportunity to learn and grow with the company.

Cons

Part of the business model includes a lot of change, and that can be difficult for some people.
