We are glad to hear that you are both enjoying your coworkers and feeling good about how Equinix is positioned in the market. We are sorry to hear you are less than satisfied with your experience in the Marketing organization. We try to make time with team members from all levels, sometimes through informal gatherings (e.g. celebrating team birthdays every month, and “drinks and mingles” when leadership is in town), and other times through more formal all-hands meetings, roundtables, and cross-functional initiative work with participation from managers and individual contributors. We encourage you to participate in these events.
