Great company if you have a good manager

Pros

Great company overall. Execs are easy to speak to and encouraging. Compensation is fair. They promote work-life balance and offer meditation and yoga. Wellness program is a fantastic bonus.

Cons

I have a micro-manager and am trying to get into a new team. Company promotes career-pathing and most practice what they preach but I have experienced otherwise and feel I have been "kept down". This manager is not in line with the company culture and we pay the price.

Decent Salary, deteriorated customer service after telecity acquisition and more staff training required.

Data centres across the globe, decent salary and commissions in sales. 3 offices in and around London which gives work flexibility.

Cons

Telecity acquisition last year brought many challenges. Telecity acquired staff aren't trained on Equinix systems/processes and in turn are unable to provide the required customer services to the clients, ultimately clients are suffering. High churn risk among the legacy Telecity client base due to poor customer service. This has been communicated to the senior management by several employees but nothing has changed yet. Sales management is generally uninterested in the employees feedback and as long as their short terms numbers are achieved, this long term churn risk isn't something they are looking to mitigate.
