Pros

Excellent global footprint and DC solutions, with leading Cloud (CSP) partner access. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

Still just racks, power and space sales at end of the day...very expensive when directly compared to main competitors. Family culture is being eroded very quickly in UK business, as Equinix struggles with the difficult acquisition and integration of Telecity and it's customer base in the UK. Serious UK sales imbalance between teams in terms of success and earnings, based on FS sweet spot causing resentment.
