      Bad Managers

      Pros

      There are a lot of grow opportunities if your manager allows you to it. It has great potential for growth due to the company's position in the market. It is a step into the new era.

      Cons

      Equinox doesn't know how to communicate with its employees but the worst part is the Managers. Managers in General at Equinox have absolutely no managerial skills. They are not respected by their teams, they don't appreciate their teams. They only care about themselves and are not ashamed to take the credit for all the work they did not do. Managers have no work ethic, have no professional communication style and it is a shame that such a company hires such people. The company expanded quite fast but forgot about its people and people are a big part of the base of a solid company so if you see many more people leaving the company or changing positions in the company then you know something is wrong. Put some effort into penalising those that don't want to do the work and listen to your people and see what they really want. Loyalty is a big there at Equinix so take the time to listen to your people.

      Ambitious, fun culture. Strong leadership in many key positions. Great feeling of support and collaboration from co-workers.

      Often "spread too thin."
