      Pros

      Genuinely the best culture I have ever experienced. The company is very focussed around its staff and their development. The ethos is worldwide and makes for an incredible cameraderie. Frequent travel to learn, test, share ideas and nurture relationships. It is growing, expanding, and evolving rapidly, definitely a company that is seriously going somewhere. Very easy to share your views with anyone, on any level. A company lives or dies by the way it treats its staff, and Equinix embraces that. For all the everyday moans I hear, it is always qualified by "Don't get me wrong...this is a brilliant place to be". And it is. I am so happy to work here.

      Cons

      Large workload, as company evolves, there is substantial change. It is not one for those that do not like change or hard work. I have only put these in cons as it may not be for everyone....but as we work hard, so do we play hard. And one thing we have in common is that we honestly care.

      We are in the middle of the Internet revolution, we are going to be relevant for a long time and I love it

      Pros

      We are working with smart people. I love going to work here, our solutions are relevant for all companies and we can help them a lot I really like that. People are nice, smart and we have a very flat hierarchy.

      Cons

      We are growing very fast, hiring a lot. Can create frustrations if we don't increase internal promotions.
