Pros

- Quasi - luxury facility to work out in. - Spacious and airy - Good classes - Front desk friendly

Cons

- Management does not take care of employees. - Primary concern are the members. - Big Brother always watching and listening. - Management teams up against employees to move up the ladder. - Management "In-House" Training is sub-par you can learn on your own. - Minimum wage for manual labor - Management does not take care of its employees. - Personal Training Managers and Training Managers take your leads and take them off site to train on their own while you work for 8 dollars an hour. Bottomline: 1) You can learn everything on your own through national certifications and via online resources. 2) The Tier system has no credibility if you want to go independent. 3) Management does not care about its employees who take 90% of your pay. 4) Management will create files on you even if you are perfect in your performance so they can make money on the side for themselves while they move up the ladder on your time. "If Harvey Spevak, CEO knew what was going on in his company he would wonder why the employee turnaround is so high." "Pay people minimum wage, take 90% of their pay while not treating them well?... What would you do?" "Do not fall into the trap of the brand. Clients will stay with you if you are good no matter where you worked or are currently working."

Pros

nice atmosphere and the everyone is generally nice

Cons

the company has zero interests in paying out commissions because the goals are unrealistic. Very few hit their goal and nothing happens when you don't. you just won't make the imaginary number they perhaps told you you'd earn if you hit goal. At the end of each month every location turns into a sweatshop where every sales person is require to work a full 12hr shift without exception. Yes, even when I'm at goal, I'm forced to work 12hr days. The tools for sales people are archaic. No screening of leads, automation, etc... the mgmt hierarchy are disconnected from reality and only push numbers. They will not promote you or even let you transfer to a closer-to-home location because "we need you here".
