Pros

My co-workers are amazing and work hard. Some truly amazing people work here. Or at least they did . . . .

Cons

The culture was great but now its terrible. There's huge turnover. Employees are afraid of getting fired without notice or reason - yet they constantly advertise how great the culture is and that they're people first. yeah, there's a gym, free coffee and lunch. But that doesn't make up for being underpaid and treated like garbage. integrity and humility are core values but the leadership doesn't act with either. Good luck being heard, trusted, or valued if you're not white and a "yes man".

Don’t work here

Pros

There are no substantial pros that people look for in an employer

Cons

They claim to be “people first” but they are not. They are money first. There really are no incentives to work here. I can get 2 weeks of pto anywhere. They don’t give you sick time, don’t care about your work life balance and expect you to work at night, at home, on the weekends, etc. I have been told that I need to “be committed” to the company when I said I wouldn’t work outside my hours. There is no reason to go above and beyond for a company who fires people on a whim and doesn’t care about training
