During my time at this company, I witnessed a pattern of employee exploitation that should be a serious red flag to anyone considering working here. Talented individuals are brought in, worked to the brink of burnout, and then let go without warning or support. Hard work is not only underappreciated—it’s often met with termination. The workplace culture is toxic, with a disturbing undercurrent of misogyny and nepotism. Leadership is more concerned with optics than ethics, and their so-called “core values” are nothing more than corporate jargon they fail to understand, let alone uphold. In October 2024, they conducted a massive but silent layoff, only to turn around and paint a rosy hiring picture in the new year. This manipulation should tell you everything you need to know about their priorities. If you're looking for a workplace that values integrity, transparency, or respect—keep looking.

I’ve never worked somewhere with worse change management principles. The constant reorganization with no explanation, high turnover at all levels and complete lack of communication and transparency are insane. The company’s leadership have lost complete sight of being a people first company and greed is at the forefront. (Male) Leaders who throw people under the bus are promoted and retained while high achieving, intelligent women are pushed out or fired. The systemic problems aren’t just tolerated but rather this way of leading is encouraged. 70 corporate employees were laid off with no reasoning and it was all swept under the rug.
