Hard to find room for advancement

Lately, I've been feeling really frustrated at work. My leader is constantly micromanaging me, and it makes me feel like they don't trust my abilities. They rarely communicate clearly, which leaves me confused and unsure about what I should be doing. It doesn't help that they play favorites, creating a rift among the team. Whenever something goes wrong, they never take responsibility and always shift the blame onto us. It's disheartening and erodes any trust and respect I had for them. Moreover, they show little empathy towards our concerns, and it seems like they don't care about our well-being or work-life balance. Their expectations are all over the place, constantly changing, which adds to the stress and burnout I'm already feeling. I just wish there was a way to address these issues and improve the work environment. But right now, it's really taking a toll on me my mental health and my colleagues.
