Pros

The Office Managers are the real Leaders of the firm.

Cons

Three years later they will send you to collections with out notice, for over paid commissions. A shady agency at that Thomas George Associates at that. The leadership will not respond to inquiries about the fact the debt is real or not; you will have to contact the office manager when you want answers.

Pros

Flexible work from home, casual dress code, good benefits

Cons

Working at AXA is stressful. Due to cost cutting and downsizing, everyone is expected to complete overwhelming amounts of work while also worrying about their own job security. This is not a suitable place to develop your career

Pros

You are able to learn a lot about the financial services industry. You attain great entry level knowledge about retirement products.

Cons

The management micromanages everything you do, they nitpick anything you do through your day to try and make you more robotic.
